About You: Relevant tertiary qualification/s (e.g., Cert 4 Child, Youth & Family Intervention, Cert IV Disability or equivalent). Hold current or willingness to obtain relevant regulatory requirements (as per role and/or State). Passionate about human rights and creating positive change. Empathetic and compassionate, with a keen understanding of diverse experiences. Enthusiastic team player, eager to collaborate and inspire. A willingness and commitment to exercise self-reflection and to improve as a leader. Capacity to lead the local implementation of change and identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement. Excellent communication skills, with well-developed written, verbal, and listening abilities, and the confidence to use a range of systems and technology.
