The Opportunity
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Workforce Planning Specialist for 6 months.
In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the organisation’s workforce strategy. You’ll be at the heart of developing and implementing strategic workforce plans that are crucial for their long-term success.
This position offers the opportunity to engage in impactful work, directly influencing the organisation’s approach to workforce planning for a major upcoming event. The Role
As a Workforce Planning Specialist, you will:
Create and implement comprehensive workforce plans that align with business goals, including detailed data analysis and strategic advice Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify skill gaps and inform scenario planning, forecasting, and workforce solutions Manage relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, ensuring agreement and understanding while using your negotiation skills to resolve conflicts The Ideal Person
To be successful in this role you will be an experienced Workforce Planner.
You will have strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset, allowing you to develop and implement effective workforce strategies aligned with business objectives.
Your excellent communication and collaboration abilities enable you to work seamlessly with HR and business leaders, identifying skill gaps and crafting actionable plans.
You have a knack for translating complex data into clear, actionable insights and are adept at managing stakeholder relationships. Your ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts will be essential in ensuring consensus and understanding across diverse teams.
