Technology Leader SRE Platforms - Major Platforms Overhaul - $Extremely Competitive + Bonus
Location:
Any major city with a tech hub We are looking for an exceptionally talented Technology Manager to enhance the reliability and operability of mission-critical services across a major financial institution. You'll lead large-scale solutions direction and collaborate with senior stakeholders to improve the DevOps/DevSecOps lifecycle, improving the customer experience and centralising how the business platforms run. Responsibilities: Drive strategic development of the SRE practice. Design, develop, and implement tools for operational management. Identify and resolve technology limitations and deficiencies. Influence and educate teams on SRE principles and practices. Perform deep dives into reliability issues and implement fixes. Mentor and lead other SREs. We’re Looking For: Extensive experience in a Leading SRE/Software Engineering role. Proven leadership in reliability monitoring and automation. Expertise in designing and supporting applications and systems. Strong skills in programming languages (Go, Python, .Net, Java). Experience with modern software development tools (Git, CI/CD, TeamCity, Jenkins). Public cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Azure). Proficiency in observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch).
