Our client is a fast-growing boutique agency specializing across a full range of Property Services. Located in a fantastic location in the heart of the Inner West, this team builds fantastic relationships with the extensive community. Headed up by a Director who has been in the Real Estate Industry for over 10 years, we are seeking a talented individual to join a high-performing Property Management team.
The Role: Monday – Friday, this role will see you reporting straight into a fantastic Department Head. This is an office with PLENTY of career progression and structure. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for: Assist Property Management team with day-to-day duties of 200 properties Respond to potential tenant inquiries via emails & phone calls Conduct open for inspections & private inspections Prepare lease documents & lease sign-ups Conduct reference checks for potential tenants Conduct routine inspections No experience is necessary for this role however a Certificate of Registration and your own car is ESSENTIAL. In addition, you will be well presented and spoken and have sound local knowledge.
