About the role Main tasks: Lead the national commercial sales and marketing team, driving revenue growth and ensuring the business remains a market leader. Other tasks: Develop and implement annual sales strategies, budgets, and business plans to achieve growth targets Monitor and report on sales metrics, continuously scanning the market for opportunities and threats Maintain an in-depth understanding of competitor products and pricing to inform pricing strategies Identify new product development opportunities. Expand on relationships with architects, designers, and engineers, ensuring visibility in the market Further existing marketing plans to support short to medium-term sales objectives Enhance the company's position as an innovation hub. What you must have to apply for this role: Experience in the commercial building industry working with builders & architects in Victoria and New South Wales Background in managing commercial sales teams & developing strong customer relationships Proven track record in managing sales budgets, planning, specifications & tender processes Strong leadership skills with the ability to juggle multiple goals & prioritise effectively. You will be highly regarded if you also have: Experience selling commercial building products & working in a design, build, supply, & service business Demonstrated ability to write sales plans aligned with business strategy Success in growing sales of new product ranges into new markets.
