What Your Day Will Look Like…. As a Senior Coordinator, your day will involve leading by example and embodying Darling Downs Health values. You'll manage state-wide Health Practitioner Workforce Programs for BreastScreen, Pharmacy, Radiography, and Allied Health, ensuring adherence to service quality standards and safety procedures. You'll proactively address the needs of a geographically diverse, multidisciplinary workforce, coordinating clinical relieving services and resolving complex issues with strategic action plans. Your role will include coordinating travel and accommodation for practitioners, processing claims, and maintaining detailed reports to support program outcomes. Additionally, you'll contribute to the development and improvement of internal systems, working collaboratively across Workforce Programs to enhance overall service delivery.
