Lifestyle Programs Officer | Northern Sydney | Aged Care
Currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Lifestyle Programs Officer to lead the lifestyle program in a state of the art facility in Northern Sydney. For this role, you will have a passion for working with the elderly and enriching their lives with stimulating and engaging activities to maximise their well being. About the role:
Permanent + part time opportunities available! Plan, implement and evaluate leisure & lifestyle programs Enhance the quality of life and promote resident independence and interaction Supportive team environment with resident care at the forefront of their values Obtaining the involvement of families, carers and friends into everyday life for residents Online and face to face training and development programs Requirements:
Cert IV in Lifestyle & Leisure or equivalent Cert III or IV in Individual Support (Aged Care), will be highly regarded Prior experience working within a Lifestyle position Experience working in the Aged Care sector with a strong understanding of person centered care and activity programming for aged care residents.
