This is a newly created role where you will contribute to Treasury's strategic approach to contemporary talent attraction and recruitment. As the Principal HR Consultant (TAR), you report to the Director, People and Culture. You'll lead and supervise a small dedicated team, ensuring the delivery of impactful talent acquisition and attraction actions aligned with the Strategic Workforce Plan. Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate delivery of recruitment services and talent acquisition actions from the Strategic Workforce Plan. Provide well-developed, compliant and contemporary human resources advice, consultancy and services relating to talent acquisition and recruitment matters. Be the subject matter expert, technical advisor and thought leader in talent acquisition and recruitment. Lead significant projects to support effective HR practices. Lead a small team of Senior HR Advisors delivering recruitment services. Develop and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders. Research, prepare and present authoritative written documentation. Develop and enhance your contemporary HR practice, leadership skills and HR content knowledge. Minimum Requirements

Comprehensive HR and recruitment discipline knowledge Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to contribute to strategic HR projects Thought leadership to identify emerging issues and provide expert technical advice Relationship-building skills Ability to quickly take on and apply new learnings Further information about the role is available in the role description.
