Blue Collar Recruitment Consultant

The Opportunity Techforce are seeking an experienced blue collar recruitment consultant to join our Trades & Labour team, recruiting within the mining sector specifically within Mobile Plant. This rare opportunity will allow you to come onboard and work on a desk with desk multiple live vacancies and clients. Reporting To The Division Manager, You Will Be sourcing, screening and recruiting candidates for positions within a specialised blue collar area. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates. Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure the right fit for both parties. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes with a focus on quality and efficiency. To be considered you must have: Experience within recruitment as a 180 or 360 consultant in labour hire environments will be highly advantageous, in addition to: Experience and proven history working to and exceeding targets/billings and deliverables Previous background in a fast paced salves environment Strong time management and critical thinking ability Positive and energetic approach to your working day Key strengths in building and maintaining lasting client relationships Benefits of working for Techforce: Transparent and highly achievable uncapped commission structure Flexi start and finish times + 1 day WFH post probation Weekly pay!
