Project Manager

who is passionate about delivering impactful projects and thrives in a dynamic, hybrid working environment. If you have experience managing small to medium projects, especially in the research space, this is your opportunity to make a difference. About the Role As a Project Manager at Bellberry, you'll take the lead on exciting projects that align with our mission. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Projects, you'll work across various programs, developing and implementing project plans, coordinating teams, and engaging stakeholders at every level. Your ability to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables, while keeping quality and compliance at the forefront, will be key to your success. What You’ll Do Scope, plan, and manage projects that enhance the quality and effectiveness of research. Collaborate with sponsors to define project objectives, assess risks, and seize opportunities. Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring milestones are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget. Maintain open communication with stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress and emerging issues. Apply your expertise in project methodologies to ensure seamless delivery of multiple initiatives. Contribute to a positive, forward-thinking work culture and ensure adherence to Bellberry’s high standards. We want someone with: A tertiary qualification in STEM or Business, or equivalent industry experience. Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage projects from start to finish. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate across teams. Experience in managing multiple work streams and competing priorities. Familiarity with the Australian research sector, Research Governance, or experience in Health/Medical fields is a bonus. A Project Management certification (PMP) is desirable but not essential.
