Role Overview Adelaide-based Customer Service Manager to lead a team of 10 Reps. Responsibilities: Team Leadership:

Lead and motivate a team of 10 customer service representatives to deliver outstanding service and support. Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency within the customer service department. Training and Development:

Mentor and train team members to ensure continuous improvement and professional growth. Customer Advocacy:

Act as a champion for our customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly. Qualifications: Customer Service Management

experience - ideally within the medical or healthcare industry Leadership skills

- ability to inspire and motivate a team. Track record in maintaining a successful customer service team Problem-solving mindset

and continuous improvement skills IT Skills -

data analysis, IT systems and processes Live in Adelaide Australian Citizen or PR Benefits Impact:
