Overview:
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving business growth and operational excellence? Solutino Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced and visionary Corporate General Manager to join our team. The Corporate General Manager is a senior executive role responsible for leading the company's expansion into the Australian market. This role requires a strategic and dynamic leader with extensive experience in establishing and growing the company's presence in a new region.
Responsibilities: Market Entry Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive market entry strategy for the Australian market. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, potential challenges, and competitive landscape. Establish strategic partnerships and alliances to facilitate market entry and growth.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and market share. Build a strong network of industry contacts and stakeholders to support business development efforts. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies tailored to the Australian market.
Operational Management:
Oversee the establishment of local operations, including setting up offices, hiring staff, and implementing operational processes. Ensure smooth and efficient operations by establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs). Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Financial Oversight:
Manage the financial performance of the new market operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure the company operates within budget and achieves financial targets. Identify and mitigate financial risks while exploring opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing local management team. Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, investors, and regulatory bodies in Australia. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and public engagements. Communicate corporate vision and strategic direction to internal and external stakeholders.
Compliance and Governance:
Ensure the organization adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards in Australia. Oversee risk management and compliance programs to protect the company's interests and reputation. Ensure ethical business practices and maintain high standards of corporate integrity.
Qualifications: Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing or a related field. Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of management experience, with a proven track record in market entry, business development, talent management and/or operational management. Experience in the Australian market is highly desirable.
Skills Required: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to coach, train, and motivate employees Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure the organization’s financial health. Ability to negotiate effectively with clients, and other stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes. Proficient in making informed and timely decisions that drive business success. Capability to develop long-term goals and plans, and implement strategies that align with the company’s objectives. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
