BOSS Engineering is seeking an EOI for a Branch Manager who will be responsible for the operations of the upcoming Tamworth hub. This is an exciting role for an ambitious individual who will be an integral part of our growing team. You will be required to lead by example and take control of the Ag Parts and BOSS Built operations. You will also take part in speaking with our dealers and customers. Duties: You will be responsible for team leadership and safety of the Tamworth branch. Oversight of current Ag Parts warehouse team and all aspects of the warehouse operations. Manage and support the internal customer service team to ensure smooth branch operations. Oversee pick, pack, and dispatch of customer orders to ensure deadlines are met and all orders go out accurately. Ensure stock from branch transfers are enacted efficiently. Stock control and stocktake management. Ensure site is clean, safe and presented well at all times. Responsible for regular branch reporting. Provide detailed quotes to customers in both the retail, dealer and wholesale sale channels in a timely manner (same day as inquiry where practically possible). Generate invoices and confirm customer deposits and final payments in full prior to fitting and delivery of trays and trailers. Kitting of parts for assembly of ute trays, trailers, tool boxes, headboards and other components associated with the BOSS Built division. Fitting ute trays and all associated parts to vehicles in both the Tamworth workshop and at other locations where required. Undertaking basic electrical tasks, including wiring harnesses, switches and lighting. Must be willing to help both Ag Parts and BOSS Built teams in all daily duties. Oversee, train and induct new staff Maintain a positive work culture without top down communication. Perform all tasks you ask your staff to do. Be willing and able to work overtime when needed. Knowledge of the agricultural industry. The suitable applicant will have strong leadership and organisational skills. They will have a sense of pride demonstrated through the presentation and operations of the Tamworth branch. It will require someone to have a strong work ethic and an ability to think on their feet.
