Plumbing Supervisor

MPS Group are currently seeking an experienced Plumbing Supervisor with Cert IV to join our team to work within Olympic Dam, Roxby Downs and surrounding areas. We are looking for a motivated, organised and suitably qualified individual who will be instrumental in overseeing construction and installation of various plumbing & civil works. The suitable candidate will be responsible for scoping and quoting of works, managing and scheduling of jobs, procurement of materials, liaising with multi trades and providing supervision/technical direction to the work group. Qualifications & Experience:

Mandatory: Minimum 5 Years’ Experience in a similar role Valid Driver’s Licence Construction Industry White Card Estimating/tendering experience Ability to engage and manage Subcontractors in order to meet technical, quality and compliance requirements Ability to interpret and read plans and technical drawings Monitor and ensure adherence to standards and compliance codes Ability to resolve technical and engineering issues with vendors and suppliers Highly Desired: Mining, Commercial and/or Civil Construction industry experience Proven experience in all facets of piping installation Proficient use of Microsoft suite Personal Attributes: High level of organisation High attention to detail, commitment and professionalism in delivery of jobs Highly customer focused Enthusiastic and motivated Takes pride in work and completes work to quality standards Reliable This role is FIFO, 8/6 roster, we are offering camp or shared accommodation. Shortlisted applicants will be asked to provide/obtain a SA Police Clearance and must be willing to participate in a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing.
