About your new job

In light of this major period of growth, we are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join this new and rapidly growing company.

Recruitment – Assist in developing job descriptions, and specifications, posting of job advertisements, conducting initial screening etc. Employee Relations – Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies and procedures, support in conflict resolution and provide guidance where needed. Performance management – Assist with the development and implementation of appraisals, support managers in setting performance goals, providing feedback and conducting evaluations, exit interviews etc. HR Administration - Maintain HR records in ELMO (HRIS) and ensure accuracy and confidentiality. Prepare HR Reports and metrics for management reviews. Administer employee benefits and manage related queries. Training and Development – coordinate training sessions and workshops as required, support career development initiatives. Other functions such as Compliance and Policy Development, Health and Safety, HR Projects etc.

About you! Bachelor's Degree or similar in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. Previous experience as a HR Officer or similar. Must be familiar with the HRIS – ELMO. Experience in a Greenfields, start up or new business would be a benefit. Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to the organisation's goals and green initiatives.
