Their network includes well-known brands such as Total Tools, Cellarbrations, and IGA. Role Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will oversee the technology-led recruitment process and delivery using Nimble Recruit. Your focus will be on high-volume recruitment within the customer service and distribution centres across Australia. You will excel at building strong relationships with key stakeholders, adding value through your humble and approachable manner. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Partner with hiring managers to advise on recruitment strategies and market conditions. Promote opportunities using the client’s employer brand and EVP creatively and responsibly. Provide hiring managers with best practice interview training and assessment techniques. Monitor advertising response rates, making decisions on when to adjust advertising based on the candidate pipeline, and advise on direct and active sourcing strategies. Key Requirements: Strong client-facing recruitment experience with a passion for developing successful stakeholder relationships. Comprehensive end-to-end recruitment experience, covering all areas of attraction and selection. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong negotiation and influencing abilities. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and the Microsoft Office suite. Ability to handle challenging and ambiguous situations calmly and professionally. Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, warehousing, transport or logistics recruitment is highly regarded. Availability to attend the client site in Crestmead at least three days a week, ideally for 7:30am meetings which will allow for an early finish! Interested?
