YOUR NEW ROLE/CAREER Reporting to an industry-leading expert strata law Partner, you will relish the challenge and mentorship in providing top quality innovative advice and resolving disputes for high-end clients in the strata/community title industry including:

Drafting/advising regarding by-laws, building defects, strata/community management agreements, building management/caretaker agreements, company constitutions, easements, leases/licenses;

Property/construction litigation including appearances in various specialist tribunals (e.g. NCAT) and courts and attending mediations.

WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you:

Are a transactional/advisory PROPERTY AND/OR CONSTRUCTION solicitor AND/OR LITIGATION solicitor with a minimum 2 - 10+ years’ experience;

Have had some exposure to strata issues and/or acted for strata industry clients (preferable not essential);

Are hungry for a unique opportunity to kick-start a career in STRATA LAW working with industry leaders;
