About the role and team

The Enterprise Delivery team purpose centres on delivering outcomes for our customers and stakeholders so they can realise their goals. The team supports all of BEN with the execution of our Transformation program and building the delivery capabilities we need now and into the future. We recognise the need to make it easier to get things done and shift to more effective and efficient ways of working across our delivery eco-system.

We have a full-time and permanent Change Manager (Risk Charter) position where you can utilise your expert knowledge of best practice change management strategies and frameworks.

You’ll be part of a fun, highly collaborative, super engaged team, focused on best practice change management, who love what they do! Be part of an organisation where you will be able to lead, influence, and engage across the organisation to deliver better outcomes.

This role will be based in Bendigo, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane and as part of our hybrid model you’ll be based in the office two days per week and have the flexibility to work from home for the other days.

About you

As a Change Manager you’ll get to:

Develop plans to drive change readiness and adoption, considering potential levers to reinforce the change.

Lead the key stakeholders, change sponsors and other relevant business representatives (e.g. product owners, SMEs and business owners) to develop insights and appropriate interventions to inspire, engage, create commitment and achieve adoption.

Ensure change initiatives are designed to deliver business/project objectives by applying a structured methodology to create actionable deliverables that build capability; effectively communicate and engage employees, sponsors, stakeholders and customers; and manage resistance.

To be successful in the role, you’ll have:

Demonstrated experience in leading change planning and delivery exercises, including stakeholder and impact assessments, communications, and engagement.

Strong expertise and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.

Experience facilitating workshops with large groups of stakeholders to meet an outcome.

Experience using agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Rally).

Change management certification/accreditation (e.g. PROSCI, ADKAR, etc).

Advanced PC skills (Visio, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
